“Disappointing”

Ordered on a particular Friday evening because promised free next day delivery and a bonus pack.It took 4 days to be delivered. As scooter was a xmas present for my son I had it delivered to my parent's house. When opened to check it there was no bonus pack and the scooter in the box was different to the one on the box AND on the instructions. nOW HAVE TO CHECK ORIGINAL ORDER TO SEE WHETHER i ACTUALLY HAVE THE SCOOTER i ORDERED11
