starting with negative; their couriers fedex are utterly shambolic. Fortunately Skates customer services were there to pick up the pieces. Did everything they said they would, were super diligent and rang back when they said they would. Chap called "Jack" was particularly helpful. Having said all that they should probably change their courier, as this would benefit their customers.
