It's not always the way a company is when things are going right that makes them a great company but how they are when things go wrong. My sons scooter had a broken part, which although didn't adversely affect its usability did really bother him.
The service I got from the Skatehut in firstly the speed of responding to my email and secondly in sorting out a replacement was second to none.
I would also like to praise the manufacturer as well for swiftly sending out a replacement scooter after not being able to simply replace the part. Combined with the ease of placing the initial order and the informative, easy to navigate website I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Skatehut to anyone.
