Absolutely terrible customer service, as soon as something goes wrong with your order they are terrible at correcting it. Phone permanently off hook/engaged. Do not reply to emails sent. Don't keep you informed in any way at all. Just a quick email back to the customer explaining where they are with the order would keep most people happy. 3 weeks later…and still waiting for the correct order to be delivered…absolutely rubbish.
