Overall good service - desired bike wasn't in stock so delivery took a little longer, as would be expected when ordered direct from the manufacturer. In this case, with Singletrack Bikes effectively acting as a middleman, they were extremely understanding and helpful when my purchase arrived in an unsatisfactory condition. It was returned promptly and a replacement order was processed straight away.
