I ordered a DVD for a friends birthday. After 10 days nothing arrived, so I emailed them. 2 days later they emailed back saying they couldn't source the dvd.
So now I've not only missed my friends birthday, but i have nothing to show for it.
They shouldn't be selling products they do not have in stock, and worst of all they never bothered telling me, I had to contact them after I ran out of patience waiting for it to arrive.
There online ordering system is poor too, requiring you to place and order, then manually send them a Paypal payment, and wait for them to match your order with the seperate payment.
Very poor service, don't waste your time with these guys.

Thanks for your feedback. We use customer feedback to see where we can improve our service. I would like to say sorry again for not telling you sooner. We process over 300 orders per month and only a very small percentage are orders that we can't complete due to stock issues. I have put procedures in place so that in such a case our customers are informed the day they place the order. We also don't take payment until the goods are ready to be dispatched (if paid by card).
I'm not sure what you mean about our online ordering system though. The shopping basket and checkout is pretty standard, and you are only redirected to a paypal screen if you choose to pay via paypal. The website redirects you automatically to your paypal account where all you need to do is confirm the amount. There is no waiting for payments to be matched our system does this already.
