Steer clear this is vrey dodgy. It is now 6 months since playing for a replica kit. After numerous emails with promises to deliver i have now given up hope. I got plenty of excuses from its been lost at Heathrow to the perons i emailed saying theyve been off work due to a motorbike accident. Unbelieveable! Children could come up with better excuses. Siamsoccer are nothing but but a syndicate of rogues steer well cleae. You have been warned!

We ordered 4 kits for our 2 sons at the start of December hoping it would arrive in time for Xmas, after recommendation from a friend. However, we are still waiting for delivery. We couldn't pay them on line and had to pay manually at the bank. They replied that they received payment and that the order will be sent. After that we heard nothing more and they are not responding to emails. We still hope to receive the items. Wish we had read the reviews before ordering. Would not recommend ordering from Siam Soccer Sports. ordered 7 kits from them last year. Received 2 with zero response to emails. Anyone got a contact number? They replied in Jan to say they had an extended break from leave, and would sort out but still zero. HELP!!!

I ordered a kit from Siam Soccer - it didn't arrive within the time they indicated on their web site, but after contacting them about it, they sorted it out. The quality of the kit is not too bad considering the price paid.

Paid for 2 jerseys in September which have not been delivered. After numerous queries I received nonsense about the parcel being delayed in the far east then by customs in Heathrow. Finally these gangsters agreed to refund me. They originally promised a refund in early December, late December and again in mid January. The latest excuse was he had to transfer funds to another account (STG£55) and will issue the refund ASAP. That was two weeks ago. Stay clear - no jerseys and no refund.

Order and paid for 3 football strips on 25 November as Christmas gifts for 10 year old by. Delivery due with 14 days. When this didn't happen we were told the item has been dispatched by airmail and to allow 7 days or up to 21 in total from initial booking. Given tracking no.for ThailandPost. It apparently arrived in GB on 12 Dec - no airport given or when eventual delivery would take place. Then I email the airline they are returned as incorrect address, when I phone the numbers a lady says she only speakes Chinese and hangs up. Now I have been told by SoccerSports UK at 4am 24 Dec. that it is up to me to find out where it is because he has no responsibility once it has been posted. Royal Mail have been wonderful, even though they aren't the carrier, but get the same response. Avoid at all costs. If I had known how inept these people are I wouldn't have gone near them. Their after payment service is abysmal and Royal Mail have take note for their system for further use.

They take your money and don't deliver the goods. Be warned. If you google Soccer Triads (which is their previous name) you see loads of reviews warning you.

placed an order on 01/01/2013 for 2 football strips for my twin boys birthday on 11th Jan, I presumed they would be delivered within the 3 - 5 days which they state at the point of ordering. Payment was taken out of my account immediately. I was dissappointed when the strips didnt arrive in time for the boys birthday but decided to leave it another week or so before I contacted them. When they still hadn't arrive by the third week I sent a polite email enquiring about the whereabouts of my order (at this point the status on my order was 'delivered'). I didn't recieve a reply so I sent another email, and another, it total about five emails of which I recieved not reply I all, to date I have recieved nothing from this company except a confirmation of payment !!!! I have now lodged a complaint with paypal. my advice would be to stay away from Siam Soccer.

After making my order and getting a confirmation of it i decided to read the reviews! I was convinced i had made a BIG mistake and told my wife about it.I told my family that IF we recieved the goods and IF they arrived before Christmas that i would "believe in Santa". To my surprise a parcel arrived this morning!!! Thank you very much SIAM SOCCER!

I thought this was a great deal for the price but now two months have passed and I haven't received my order to date,I sent them several emails to which I got no response, they only respond when you place the order an they get the money. My son is a football fan and he was really looking forward to wearing his favourite teams T-Shirt. Lesson well learnt don't ever purchase an item from a website who's only means of contact is an email address.

This outfit were good in the past making good quality items ,but now I would stay well clear ,they now just seem to be scamming people until the paypal dispute time is up .The trouble is they NEVER respond to your e-mails when the item does not arrive so you can not track the item ,this can only mean they never dispatched it.
