“What a fool”

Written on: 21/05/2013

Do not be tempted by their low prices, they are low for a reason. I received my R1 Driver and suspected that it was not a genuine item, no serial number on club, cheap plastic imitation tool with no torque setting. I have attempted contacting their e-mail address several times today asking to take them up on their 7 day hassle free returns policy, They have yet to reply to any. I am resigned to the fact that I have probably lost my £149 in exchange for a dodgy piece of rubbish. The... (read more)

“big mistake...”

Written on: 09/05/2013 by 11r11 (1 review written)

Guess I came across this site too late... Ordered a R11 club, was surprised that the payment went to China, paid additional fees for that, tried to cancel the order 3 days later, without success, then got letters from dubious "customs assistance" companies charging strange import fees... No club yet, no refund either. Yes, I was stupid. And yes, this company rips you off! (read more)

“This is a rubbish site”

Written on: 30/03/2013

The price advertised on thier web site in no way reflects what you will actually pay - add approximately 20% for handling and currency excahnge charges. The products are fakes and they refuse to give refunds. Do not use under any circumstances. (read more)

“R11s, Fake”

Written on: 06/03/2013 by Mfv911 (1 review written)

i bought an R11s from this company, and initially it seemed okay, but started to deteriorate after a few rounds of golf. Rattling, and paintwork degrading quite quickly. Suddenly they don't respond to my queries and concerns, so I suspect this is a fake. I would not use them again. (read more)

“I came across this shop last week in google list,...”

Written on: 11/12/2012 by Jelenalove (1 review written)

I came across this shop last week in google list, attracted by the great price and their promotion. I bought one newport 2 putter as my own birthday gift. The order proceeded smoothly. I made an extra pay for DHL and received it last week. I have hit it once. It performed ok on the course. (read more)

Note there are some very good FAKE Taylormade R7 CGB drivers currently. They look as if they are coming from UK but are actually sent from China. Unfortunately you will not notice many of these things from pictures on Ebay and they will only be apparant when seen directly when you recieve club and you compare with TM original. If you do buy a club then you should note the following and check what is delivered against a bonafide TM with your local authorised dealer :

Price seems to good to be true?
The wrench supplied is all plastic - no rubberised black insert?
The weights are not made of tungnsten and 1g weights sheer when tightened to torque settings?
The Head Cover is narrower and shorter than on TM - also the stitching at right angles to magnetic opening is at 3/4" to 1" gaps and not at 1/2" spacing of TM?
The lettering is generally slightly larger on both shaft and headcover when compared to TM?
Serial Number is larger than TM - TM serial can just be made out with naked eye
Shaft is 3/4" too short - fake serial is capable of registration with TM online?
The parallel red lines on opposite side to REAX logo overlap the white lines - they dont do this on TM?
Satellite Planet logo on shaft - on fake the gold orbit line doesnt cross in front of red centre as on TM?
Silver markings on grip are too white / silver - TM is more a grey silver - also the vertical dashes coloured silver on TM are not coloured on Fake?
The Fake club head sits "square" the TM sits slightly closed?

As I say these are all decernable only when the club is in your hand and being compared to a proper TM CGB. My advice is if it seems too good to be true it probably is. -The people behind this site never comes back to you
They have taken 190 pounds from me as they never delivered what I ordered and then wanted to give 20% rebate and keep the driver that is no good to me

Colin

“No any special”

Written on: 15/11/2012 by Marksara (1 review written)

I just bought a R11 driver from it. It said that it supported Master card payment but it didn't. The delivery ran just as what I expected. It's OK. While for the driver, it did have difference from the genuine one if tested by experienced golfers. A beginner might not tell much difference. The only thing I feel good was its customer service staff, give me timely response, order status and tracking number, etc. (read more)
