Had a problem with my rucksack and contacted roughgear.
They were very helpful in liasing with the makers of the bag and between them the problem was solved and the bag was replaced. They seem to have great team of staff who know there stuff. Delivery was quick and tje replacement was.quick too. I would not hesitate to use roughgear again and would recommend to any of my friends.
