I purchased a schoffel ladies ski jacket on line, unfortunately it developed a fault. I contacted Rough Gear, they replied immediately with details of how to return the jacket. I returned the jacket on a Thursday afternoon and by Monday I had received the replacement jacket. The matter was dealt with extremely promptly and the staff kept me updated of when they had received the jacket, and when the new one had been dispatched with a tracking no . They also refunded the costs I had incurred in sending the faulty jacket back to them. Outstanding service, something rarely experienced thse days. I will definitely recommend Rough Gear to friends and colleagues, I was very impressed from start to finish. Also Rough Gear were the cheapest provider of this jacket on line by £90.00. Very happy customer!!
