“Beats Wiggle on price and delivery”

I ordered a tyre and mudguards from Wiggle a couple of weeks ago. The delivery didn't show - no wonder, it was sent by the infamous City Link. So, I ordered the same kit from Ribble last week. £4 cheaper, and the delivery turned up on time. Reason? They use Royal Mail. Conclusion? Shop at Ribble, not Wiggle. (read more)

“Appalling service”

The only positive thing I can say about the 'experience' of buying from RibbleCycles.co.uk is that they are cheap. It doesn't take long to find out why though. It's taken 3 days for them to even look at my order. I tried to contact them to cancel by telephone but an automated response told me that 'they were not answering telephone calls'. I also emailed them and a day later got another automated reply stating that 'due to staffing issues, individual orders will not be dealt with'. I still... (read more)
