Ordered the stringing machine on Wednesday night and it arrived on Friday. RacquetDepot were very helpful when the delivery company mucked up delivery and sorted everything out. They were also helpful when I needed help on setting the machine up, and didn't know where all the components went. (Possibly the manual can be improved).

Have already strung 2 racquets successfully. A great machine from a great company.

Had to purchase 2 badminton clamps (as the only clamps which came were for tennis and squash) - This was explained on the website.
