I ordered boots for my son. They emailed back to say they needed more information about the credit card which I promptly supplied. I then waited about 4 weeks and they didn't arrive. When I contacted them they said that they had cancelled the order because they had the wrong billing address. They did this without informing me, therefore my son waited 4 weeks for something that was never going to arrive.
Very poor customer service - I would endeavor to avoid using them if you want to get your boots!
