Have just given up and asked for a refund. Ordered Astros over the phone Sunday 24 March paid extra for next day delivery ( advised would be delivered Tuesday. I would receive an e mail with a tracker no To check on delivery.Tuesday morning no e mail rang Pro Direct spoke to [name removed] to be told there had been a problem processing payments and my order would be guaranteed delivered Wednesday. Then received an E mail Tuesday 16.30 stating I would not receive my order until 2nd April. Rang Pro Direct and spoke to Supervisor Craig who then advised me that dispatch would actually be 15th April. I ordered football boots a few months ago and that was not quick or straightforward either. I will not be using this company again.
