Ordered boots with prodirect. Got email saying they had been dispatched with an Royal Mail tracking number.
Two days later stil no sign of the boots on Royal Mail tracking. Then next day it appears with message.
We have been informed we will have the package tomorrow.
Phoned to complain got told they are short of staff and everything is taking much longer to process.
This has all hapened since they moved to larger premises last year.
If you want your boots within a week dont use Prodirect. Shop around.
