They have not shipped my son's soccer cleats in over two weeks and the customer service rep said it was because of personalization. The company is a complete scam. They've been around for about a year.

Don't buy from them - and don't trust a thing they tell you. As far as I can tell it is a small two man operation and they talk about Huge inventory but they don't have sqwat. They don't have a phone number because I imagine everyone would be calling with complaints.
