“Incorrect Item ”

I ordered the Diamond 2 piece pole set. When it arrived I was so anxious to open it and look at it. Th my surprised they sent me four pack of corner flag poles.
Now I am being told that I will have to wait on a return label to mail back the corner flag poles.They will then shipped my order after they receive their item. Is this fair to me. I ordered the correct item & they shipped the wrong item. Can you believe this?
