One month (!) ago I order shoes on prodirectsoccer.com. They told me the delivery could take 7 - 14 working days because it was a shipment abroad (from the UK to Belgium).After three weeks I sent an e-mail to the customer service to ask when my order should be deliverd because it was taking very long. They told me to they would send my contact information to the firm that is responsable for the shipment. I've sent several messages to ask why they couldn't give me concrete information, but I didn't get response. Today I received an e-mail from a shipment company in Jakarta, Indonesia! They told me my order is in Indonesia and if I want to receive my order, I have to pay 150 dollar extra! Now I will try to get my money back, I'm tired of waiting and getting no response from the great customer service!
