My experience mirrors many review on this site. Customer Service won't answer calls, messages or emails. Can only get through by calling Sales (for obvious reasons). Was told twice that they would look into the order and call back. They didn't. Was told twice that it had been despatched. It hadn't. Was told twice that it would definitely be despatched that night. It wasn't.

I still haven't received my order
