My Whyte E120 had a problem with a head set that came slightly loose after hard rides. This was annoying and worrying. Several people including me had tried to fix it to no avail. I gave the bike to Roger in the workshop and he went back to basics and found that there was a tiny crack in the lower race. This was completely fixed and the bike was back with me in two days. A really good effort! Previously Roger sorted a rear suspension problem equally successfully. I can thoroughly recommend the work...

Simply they were the cheapest delivered by far - most places wanted £17-£20 yet Pedals did them for £14 delivered so can't beat the price. However they were poorly packaged - just wrapped in some brown paper which was half hanging off by the time the postman delivered it. Fortunately it arrived in one piece with no signs of damage. A minor blemish on an otherwise smooth transaction - hope they package more delicate / valuable items better....

Collected my Whyte 801 (2012) from Pedals on Saturday and am soooo pleased. My round trip of 240 miles was well worth it for the great service provided by polite, friendly, enthusiastic and knowledgebale people who actually ride bikes themselves! Really think that Pedals have cracked it - a great range of bikes, proper old fashioned service levels and an approach that leaves you feeling like you matter to them. Massive thanks to Sharon and Nick for all of your help and advice....

As the title says, Pedals Cycle Centre gave me a first class service from the moment I walked into the shop to the moment I walked out with my georgeous new mountain bike. The staff are brilliant and were more than willing to help explain the range of bikes, as I was by no means knowledgeable when it came to the huge choice and options offered by modern mountain bikes these days. I had a great shopping experience there and am one extremely satisfied customer who will not hesitate to return to Pedals...

I'd hunted far and wide (ok - a fair amount of time on the internet) for a replacement visor for my Scott Fuga helmet and these guys had them and at a good price. I notice that they don't seem to have a massive range of items but they do have things that chain reaction or wiggle don't and at a good price. Service and postage was excellent so I would recommend them....

My first purchase was a Scoot which was delivered as requested. Next came a Scott Scale JR20, after much research I decided it was a Scott I needed for my son to start riding offroad. My nearest Scott dealer was more interested in selling another make they had in the store. I found PCC offered me a good deal and got the bike promptly for me. I was so pleased with the Scott we've since bought another, again from PCC. For anyone with young kids who want to venture offroad the Scale JR20 is a superb...

We purchased this bike a couple of days after Christmas, this is the second bike we have bought for our son from Pedals, their price was very competitive with online sellers but the personal touch and helpful staff far outweighs buying online. We are approx 30 miles away from the store but happy to travel for the service received. The bike was assembled and pre-checked before our collection and the brake levers reach adjusted as requested. All in all, we cannot recommend Pedals enough and will certainly...

After getting frustrated with my local Halfords store which seemed to have any lack of knowledge or any interest in my needs and not having any other good bike shops in my area I decide to hit the Google trail and found a gem of an on-line shop. I had contacted the shop several times both via email and on the phone and found them to be informative and only to willing to answer my novice questions. Emails were generally answered very quickly and the website was easy enough to navigate. I ordered...
