Thank you to ther advisor at Pedals Cycle Centre for helping us get the right bike and great customer service.
We had an interesting look around the showroom which feels spacious and tidy, with focus on quality and not piling them high.
We had an impressive demo on the Brompton and moved onto the bikes we had intended to buy - hybrids - we were given a good brief on all the brands and when we chose the one we wanted, it was sized up and fitted and taken out for a quick spin outside. Decision made, bike was prepped and ready in half an hour while we had a look at ideas to tailor the bike and a demo on the electric bikes for fun was much appreciated.
A great buying experience and ideal customer service - thank you!
