I BOUGHT A BIKE WITH POOR QUALITY BRAKES AND GEARS. BASICALLY YOU NEED TO ADJUST THE BRAKES AT LEAST ONCE A WEEK AS YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO STOP QUICKLY AFTER FEW RIDES. GEARS DOESN'T CHANGE STRAIGHT AWAY AND THE CHAIN IS FALLING FROM THE CHAINRING. WHEN I REPORTED THIS TO CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY SAID THAT IT'S A FAULT OF WRONG ADJUSTMENT AND I NEED TO CALL THEM, SO THEY GUIDE ME HOW TO DO IT. I EXPLAINED THAT I AM CYCLING FOR MANY YEARS NOW AND I NOW HOW TO SET UP THE BIKE AND THAT NOT THE WRONG SET UP IS AN ISSUE, BUT THEY TREATED ME AS SILLY GIRL AND SAID THAT THEIR BIKES ARE GOOD, THAT FOR SURE IT'S A WRONG SET UP AND I NEED TO CALL THEM ( WHAT I WOULD DO IF NOT THEIR LINES HOURS MON-FRI 9PM - 5PM WHEN I AM AT WORK). I DECIDED TO GO TO THE SERVICE TO CHECK IT. THEY SAID THAT I CAN PREPARE MYSELF FOR BUYING NEW PARST LATEST IN FEW WEEKS TIME. I GAVE UP WITH DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY AS ONCE THEY GET THE MONEY THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER ANYMORE. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED SELLER!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

I ordered an Rc car with what was advertized as a spare battery, when it arrived Later than promised i unwrapped my goods to fined the battery did not have the correct connector to work with the car. i would expect some form of product knowledge form there packing staff but i received no phone call to check if the order was in fact correct. i returned the item at my own cost and asked for an exchange to the correct part (which was cheaper) the guy on the phone said i would receive a phone call to refund my moneys. after a week i had received no replacement part so i phoned to chase it up and it was sat on there desk. after a couple more days i finally received the correct part.unfortunately i still await a phone call for the promised refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY LACK OF COM`s AND NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.

All round brilliant service bike arrived within 48hrs of order. Amazing customer service and value for money would highly recommend Parker's of Bolton. My daughter is over the moon with her bike, will defiantly use this company again.

ORDERED THIS BIKE ON THURSDAY AFTERNOON & IT ARRIVED SATURDAY MORNING BOXED & IN EXCELLENT CONDITION,JUST COULD NOT HAVE BEEN QUICKER TO CENTRAL SCOTLAND.BIKE WAS BOUGHT TO GO ON BACK OF CAMPERVAN FOR USE ON FOREST TRAILS AND AS I DONT KNOW MUCH ABOUT MODERN BIKES IT WAS A CASE OF,IF ITS NOT GOOD ITS NOT EXPENSIVE,I COULD NOT HAVE BEEN MORE WRONG AS FAR AS I AM CONCERNED THE QUALITY IS EXCELLENT & WILL DO EVERYTHING I WANT OF IT. NOW THE BETTER HALF IS THINKING ABOUT BUYING THE LADIES VERSION.

Ordered on Thursday delivered on Friday how good is that , also kept up to date with delivery details. Prices compared to others for the same product was better , If I need anything else that they sell I wouldn't hesitate to use them again .WELL DONE

Thought for the price it would be very basic. But found the cycle was first class and great value for the money. I would recommend this cycle to anyone wanting a good sturdy cycle at a reasonable price.

Parkers of Bolton have not had a shop in Bolton for a long time

I would highly recommend 'Parkers Of Bolton.' Having scoured the internet for at least a week for a specific mountain bike, nobody could beat 'P.O.B' on price, (at least £60 cheaper than the nearest rival.) I therefore placed the order very late on Thursday night....Saturday morning there is a knock at my door and there is a delivery man waiting with the purchase. Fantastic service at great prices. Thank you very much.

Very efficient and helpful when I called them to discuss whether I could order a bike in time for Christmas. I placed my order and they went the extra mile to help ensure my order was shipped that same day. Competitive prices too. Overall extremely happy with the service I received and would definitely recommend.

My review star rating of 5 is for Parkers of Bolton and NOT the courier, YODEL. Parkers have been efficient, with very fast service. They are polite and helpful on the phone as I unfortunately had to speak to them regarding my sons Christmas present of a bike which had been damaged during delivery. I was really pleased with the speedy delivery, but I would have liked YODEL to maybe take another couple of days and bring the bike to us in good condition as it left Parkers, not with a scratch on the frame down to the metalwork and wheels which needed to be straightened when it arrived. But thank you Parkers of Bolton for your wonderful service; despite the courier we would use you again. :)

Speed of despatch by Parkers was very good but we are very disappointed with the delivery of this by Yodel! There was someone in at our house yesterday ALL DAY and yet this morning our neighbour further up the road has brought over this parcel which was just left outside on their doorstep all day and they did not return home last night until about 11.30pm. Not very satisfactory for a £50 birthday present for our grandson - and we had paid £6.95 for delivery!

I would recommend that courier is checked out as my delivery was not in good condition box damaged along bottom edge which on inspection THE bike was damaged and has to be returned (front wheel rim squashed -- Frame badly scratched -- Basket on one side badly damaged)hope new one gets here for birthday

My son will really love he's bike at xmas.won't set up until then. Can't wait to see his face.very very speedy delivery would defininately recommend to friends and family. And use ourselves when my son needs next size bike.many thanks from a very happy customer.
