Bought bike online "blind" as a soiled return. When I eventually did find a small blemish it was the sort of thing you could do on the first ride. No personal contact, just good e mail updates and fast next day delivery. Very happy. You do need some mechanical nous to set everything up, but nothing beyond general common sense!
