Without a local supplier, I needed to order an item of clothing from a mail-order outlet. Outside were the approved supplier for the manufacturer, and I can see why. Although the item I wanted was not stocked in the colour I wanted, they agreed to order it as a special & supply it at the same discounted rate as their stock. They also measured two garments and had a staff member closest to my measurements try them for fit, so that I could best estimate the size I required. What's not to like? Many thanks Outside!
