Item I purchased was something I needed, but delivery was said to be in 3-4 working days. I rang the customer service desk and told that they could not track the item as it was sent out second class, surely if someone has paid for goods it needs to be tracked as there is no proof of it ever being delivered or sent.............. I was then told that the Royal Mail can take up to 10 working days and contact back then after that period had elapsed????? Happy to take my money but not tell me where my item is........ I shop online frequently and have never had a problem with any other organisation apart from this time......
