I needed to locate and purchase a particular rucksack for my daughter who lives abroad. The detail on the website was clear and the price very competitive. Even with the charge for international postage it was cheaper than she would have paid.my order was quickly acknowledged and followed up with an e-mail advising me of despatch and providing information on how to raise any issues. This was unnecessary as the parcel arrived safely within a week or so (not unreasonable as it was an international delivery). My daughter is delighted!
