Item ordered on 29-10-2015
Shipping notice on 05-11-2015, while website promises shipping in 2-4 days.
Then there is no track and trace code in the notice.
Finally the package arrived in good order on 09-15-2015, in total 11 days.
Advice: better communication about delays, because payment is made in advance
