I was supplied with an item that was faulty and contacted seller with details. I was asked to forward a photograph of the fault which was quite a pain to do. The first time any seller has ever done this when I have had cause to complain. I was then told that the company was sorry the item was "unsuitable" and I had to complete a returns form (no problem) and return the item by registered post. This was quite expensive and no postal charges were re-imbursed for an item which was faulty not unsuitable.
