I only received half of my order, with no view to send out the other half from OutdoorGB, until I called to enquire ad to why I had not received the whole order.
They did sort the issues out quickly enough, but the customer service staff sound utterly disinterested, a bit rude, and overtly sceptical of my complaint until she had checked for herself. I wouldn't use again when the completion is so much better all-round.
