Ordered a compass which failed to close and hold. Initial contact was fine, with swift e-mail giving a form to fill in and an address to send compass to. I specifically asked for a replacement in time for Christmas and waited..........and waited.............and waited!
Subsequent e-mails have to-ed and fro-ed about why I failed to send it via Royal Mail registered post- seriously, for a £20 compass.
Both the product and the service has been appauling and do not recomend to any to use this company again. I am now attempting to reclaim the cash from my bank.
