Purchased a relief band & required it in Australia within 4 days. Received an e-mail notifying me that it was not possible & asking me if I still required it. I was very impressed to have received the e-mail as most other companies would not bother letting the customer know and still send it. I did still want & have received it in good condition & have let all my friends know where they can purchase one from. They are perfect for cruising & the fact that the battery is replaceable. Most of these relief bands have non replaceable batteries which makes them extremely expensive. Thank you for your great customer service.
