The service from Outdoor GB was absolutely brilliant. I was thoroughly impressed with the level of contact that they made, and suggestions for out of stock items.
The fact I could go and pick up my order within a couple of hours was exceptional, and when my out of stock items were in stock I was notified so I could go and pick them up.
Improvements: Ability to take orders over the phone, save me having to log into the website and pull over my car as I was driving.
This would also save the administrative process with regards my delivery charge being refunded.
Stock levels on the website might be of use, so people will know if an item is in stock, also the ability to go and look at a product physically before I buy it.

All in all I would recommend you to someone else.
