An awful service

I placed a small order for a heavy duty lighter plug, which did not arrive in the time expected. I contacted the company by email, and did not receive a reply. As I had paid by Paypal, I contacted them, and checked if payment had in fact been made. After confirming this, I again, contacted the company asking why they hadn't replied and where my order was.This time, I was told that they had no record of me placing the order. Back to Paypal I went, and again checked in more detail. Paypal confirmed again that an order had been placed, and payment had been made. I sent another email, along with the Paypal documentation. I left the matter and decided to lodge a complaint through Paypal. The order came!!!!!!!! I was informed that it had been in the system under my other email address, and this had caused the problem. Surely, the name and address, along with my name and details of my order, were more than sufficient to track the order. I needed the plug urgently, but the time was too long. I will not deal with them again, and, because of their incompetency, would not at all recommend them.
