The jacket picture was clear but I would like to see a picture of the insude so i could see linkng and pocket detail. There was a very detailed written description so I knew that the jacket was not filled with feathers. I would have liked a size guide - for example is a medium a 14 - 16? It was very easy to order and pay for the goods. In general it is an easy site to use. However communication could improve I would have liked an e mail about dispatch would be nice on the day not three days after the jacket was delivered.
