“OverBoard Pannier Set.”

Ordered a set of OverBoard Panniers. The price was very good comparaed to the OverBoard websites RRP. But when I recieved my parcel only one bag was present. In fairness this is how the item is described by OutdoorGB. But OB and all over venders of these panniers sell them as a pair. I suspect OutdoorGB split them to make top of price comparision websites, while actually being 10% over the RRP. Terrible value for money.
