Had purchased a family KAMPA tent in July.which on use had a faulty zip .They agreed we could keep the tent until the end of August as we had a week planned away and could send the tent back for repair (this would take up to 3 weeks).We then used the tent for aweek and it had more faults.On the return I got in touch with OUTDOOR MEGA STORE and explained and also sent photos of the probs..
The tent was picked up within 2 weeks .They keep in touch by email and told me of the progress.I was offered another tent (my model no longer in stock) or a full refund.I have taken the full refund as they did not have any tents within my budget.IM gutted I could not buy from them.
I have an excellent service with them from the purchasing of the tent to the return.
