Ordered a putter online, they delivered the incorrect item. When I called they tried to claim it was my error, even though I'd never even heard of the item the delivered. After checking records (probably the recorded call) they than acknowledged they were wrong. I than had to take more time off from work for the item to be collected. They have repeatedly promised a refund and I'm still waiting. Every time I call them it's someone else's fault. The mysterious 'Team Leaders' are never in the office. They can't call you, you have to call them. All I want is my money that they have, they have their returned product, am I asking for too much?
Staff keep apologising, possibly because they blame the error on anyone else but them! I don't understand what is so difficult about arranging a refund, perhaps they are hoping I'll forget and they can keep the money...?
Really disappointed with them and definitely wouldn't recommend, nor will I continue to purchase from them in future.
