Purchased two pairs of FOOTJOY shoes.Both split on the sole after only a few weeks use.sent them back to ONLINE GOLF 2/5/2013 and still have not received the £300 refund.Have contacted customer services 6 times and been fobbed off so far.This time there were no managers to speak to / at first in a meeting then on holiday and would ring back sometime the next week.
I am going to tell as many people in the golf industry never to deal with this company.
Why do we have to award any stars at all !!!
