A week before Christmas I send them an e-mail to find out what is going on. Silence. Ordered a bike light off them in October and when it hadn't arrived 2 weeks later I contacted them only to be told that my order had been received but it was blank and to resubmit the details, this was untrue as on checking my account a note was posted to say it had "Been queued for printing and picking" a few days after the order had been submitted. The price of the products are good on OneClickSports. Delivery took a lot longer than suggested. I have to email support before my order was dispatched. Customer Service department were very polite and quite quick when emailed. The wrapping of the Backpack was bad. Fortunately it was not damaged on arrival, but so easily could have been as it was packaged in flimsy clngfilm. I like the prices and website. Really unhappy with the whole delivery experience my order was over a feel late initially when i emailed to find out where it had got to all i got was I am sorry but we cannot find you on our system so i then had to forward my receipt the reply was that someone had tried to deliver it and now it was back with you, no one at any point had delivered a parcel from you to my door as my wife was ill and hadn't left the house. This company give the impression that they hold stock but they appear to order from suppliers when you place your order. We placed a next day delivery order for an item that showed 4 in stock only to find that there were in fact none in stock. We needed the item urgently. Subsequently cancellecd the CC transaction. Didnt inform me of the delay with my order due to items being out of stock and several of my emails went and still are unanswered.
