“Rip Off Company”

Ordered a couple of items for Christmas in early December. No acknowledgement from the company, they just took my money. Silence. A week before Christmas I send them an e-mail to find out what is going on. Silence. It's now January 10th, and I've heard and received nothing from this company, and will be looking into legal action against them to get my money back. AVOID THIS COMPANY!

“After weeks I have not received my item and the site...”

I ordered an item urgently in November. An item supposedly in stock. It is December and I don't have it yet. I have tried to check the status and the site is not working, the email address to get support returns the message. It feels like a scam.

“wrong item”

I ordered a Black and Amber football socks, you instead supplied me with an Amber and Black item, the itiem took longer to be dispatched and unfortunate for me, it was a time of me moving house( as you can imagine, everything in my house was everywhere) and therfiure I didnt have time to deal with the order in a timely manner. I have have a disppoinmemnt befioure from your company although the matter was resolved to my satisfaction.

“DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY”

I placed an order with this Company, they acknowledge receipt of my money and said my items would be dispatched. After non arrival of my order, I emailed them, no reply. I emailed again threatening to contact Watchdog,Ombudsman etc, I then received an email saying they had to order in the goods and they expected it within 1-3 days. My order has never arrived. I tried to ring the company and they never answer the phone. They have taken my money and I have received nothing. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. Companies like this should not be allowed to operate. DO NOT TRUST THEM

“Wouldn't touch them with a barge pole”

Ordered a bike light off them in October and when it hadn't arrived 2 weeks later I contacted them only to be told that my order had been received but it was blank and to resubmit the details, this was untrue as on checking my account a note was posted to say it had "Been queued for printing and picking" a few days after the order had been submitted. I followed their instructions and was told they anticipated getting the light in within a few days. I waited for nearly 2 more weeks and emailed them to say I wanted my money refunded as they clearly couldn't complete this transaction. There was no response so the only path left open was to contact the Paypal Resolution Centre to complain, fortunately this did the trick and I got my money back 5 weeks after placing the order. It should be noted that Oneclick were slow to respond to requests, their emails weren't straightforward to open and full of confusing computer script. Quite the worst company I've ever ordered from.

“Order for a Crank cycling department”

Ordered a crank waited patiently for a 10 days then contacted them, promptly replied, then received the crank in about 5 days, was the cheapest price for a crank though, the email's they send don't appear to make any sense, they seem to contain a long list of computer script and then you can only read odd words!! the tracking email was also incomplete, and unable to track the parcel.Best prices but need to improve the service.

“Products well priced”

The price of the products are good on OneClickSports. Delivery took a lot longer than suggested. I have to email support before my order was dispatched. Customer Service department were very polite and quite quick when emailed. The wrapping of the Backpack was bad. Fortunately it was not damaged on arrival, but so easily could have been as it was packaged in flimsy clngfilm. I like the prices and website. However they do need to improve their wrapping & dispatch time.

“Not at all happy.”

Really unhappy with the whole delivery experience my order was over a feel late initially when i emailed to find out where it had got to all i got was I am sorry but we cannot find you on our system so i then had to forward my receipt the reply was that someone had tried to deliver it and now it was back with you, no one at any point had delivered a parcel from you to my door as my wife was ill and hadn't left the house. I was given a new delivery date , and guess what ? yes late again, another e-mail , another excuse can't find you on our system. Overall totally dissatisfied with the whole experience which is such a shame really as I have a lot of colleagues who were interested in ordering from you, as I run a lot of marathons and use the product I purchased regular I need a reliable supplier looks as thou I need to keep looking.

“Don't deal with these people.”

This company give the impression that they hold stock but they appear to order from suppliers when you place your order. We placed a next day delivery order for an item that showed 4 in stock only to find that there were in fact none in stock. We needed the item urgently. Subsequently cancellecd the CC transaction. All the 5 star reviews seem a little to good to be true to me.

I have had pretty much the same experience as all the other reviewers who have ordered goods and not received them. I was listening to the TV where someone suggested you look fot site reviews, I will never order from an un-known website again without checking other customer reviews. Very good advice. Still waiting for my lights just about to contact my credit card and get the transaction cancelled.

“Terrible customer services”

I am still waiting for an order which i placed 2 weeks and a half ago.Still no sign of my goods.The order is within the UK mainland,which should take 1-5 days according to this company.The customer service isn't terrible,there is no customer service at all.Tried phoning them dozen of times no one picked up the phone. Write an email-they happily let you know that you have sent them a blank email.Their website needs serious attention from a web expert.If they keep up like that they might end up in court.This is extremely unacceptable.

“Worst ever”

“Terrible unhelpful and still don’t have the goods I...”

I ordered some goods and received and email giving me the lead times and the item did not turn up within the times. I then contact OneClickSports through Amazon an received and automated mail by return. "Dear Customer, We thank you for contacting OneClick. One of our customer services representative will review your email shortly and either call or email you back as soon as possible. Do not reply to this automated email, it will not come through to us. Kindly note that we receive over a thousand emails a day and we will endeavour to respond as soon as we can." Since then I have not heard from them or received my goods. I will not be using or recommending such a bad company again and will be taking legal action if I do not hear from or receive my goods in the next 48 hours DO NOT USE THEM THEY ARE RUBBISH

“UDO'S CHOICE FLAXSEED OIL”

MY PRODUCT ARRIVED VERY QUICKLY, MUCH QUICKER THAN THE ESTIMATED DATE. I LIKED MY PRODUCT AND PREFER FLAXSEED OIL IN THE CAPSULE FORM, AS I FIND IT'S EASIER TO APPLY TO A DIET/MEAL. IT WAS ALSO RELATIVELY CHEAP. THERE WASN'T ANYTHING THAT I DISLIKED ABOUT IT.

“Slow delivery, slow customer service response”

Really unimpressed with the customer service, slow responses and didnt actually do what they said they would do. Didnt inform me of the delay with my order due to items being out of stock and several of my emails went and still are unanswered. The ones they did answer, they didnt actually action the request they agreed to do. I have 80 more of the same item now on order with a different company as I wont be returning to order from you again
