Purchased a Vango Banshee 200 back in 2010 from Newquay Camping and Leisure and have been a regular customer ever since. The team really know their stuff and recommend only the most suitable products. No hard sell just honest and friendly advice. It's always my first 'port of call' when buying kit. I've never had any warranty issues with anything I've ever brought, but I've witnessed their excellent customer service and speed in this area which is very reassuring. I would (and do) recommend Newquay Camping and Leisure for their excellent service!
