I ordered a triathlon top using their size guide. It turned out to be too small so I returned it. It took a whole month to get get a refund, and only after I sent a few emails and phone calls after waiting 3 weeks. They were hoping I would just forget about it.

After ordering in November, I got contacted to pay import duties at my local post office. MyTriathlon advised me to pay now and file for refund straight away so they could refund me directly. I should have know better.. so far, after being in contact several times, still no refund. Terrible how this company just leaves there customers hanging.

So much for trying to support a UK based company! My purchase arrived faulty so returned it, you have to pay for returns by the way! Even faulty items! It is now over a month and still no refund received. I’ve emailed; telephoned and still no response. In short they have kept my money. Not sure what else to do. shocking company; please avoid them.

21 days to issue a refund is ridiculous in this day and age. Very poor customer service from the very beginning - rather spend a bit more and shop elsewhere.

Avoid this company. He does not care about consumer law or distance selling regulations. He will employ silent marketing phone calls and repeated spam emails if like me, you have to involve the small claims court in order to get your money back having been sold two faulty products. He will do anything to avoid paying including pretending not to have received returned products and at the same time attempting to deduct monies from your bank as a restocking fee at £60.00 per item. He should be stopped from trading. Do not give him your money

Purchased some Huub goggles for £45.59 which were returned as agreed. I sent these back 1st Class Signed For and were delivered months ago. However, still no refund and no replies to emails. Shall be letting the North West triathlon community to AVOID!!

I made an order over three and a half months ago. They took the money off my credit card and sent an email saying the item has shipped. The item never arrived and I contacted them several times via email, via their website contact form and via Messenger. I never got a reply. I was forced to leave a review on their FB page which they have deleted twice. I will note that I am an overseas customer, which I can tell (according to other reviewers) is a repeating issue. I am so angry with this shop, if I had the energy, I would take them to court. I'll settle for leaving this experience on every review board there is.

Swim goggles still hadn't arrived or had any word from them for 3 weeks after paying for the order, I then emailed to ask the order status/ whereabouts and 2-3 weeks later still no reply! So 5 weeks after placing the order I phoned and was given a sarcastic 'apology' and told they MIGHT receive the order from the supplier at the end of the week so I should just keep waiting. I get the distinct impression that ignoring orders and follow up emails/communications is just the norm for this lot! Unreal.

avoid this company. there is no warranty and return policy . they do not provide it after you made a payment. same applies to refunds. going through a court now to return failed wetsuit just after 2 month use. still under 90 days return policy. hope we have a strong law system. ... avoid this company.

Ordered a Trisuite for an upcoming event using this company. A week later no sign. Rang them was told an email had been sent to tell me out of stock. Then organised an alternative adding more funds into the equation now panicking a little for time before the event. A week later still no sign of second purchase. For god sake this is getting pathetic now. Rang them a third time to be told they cannot find a tracking order to locate. Still not received it a month later . I suspect they never sent it either. Phone call no 5 or 6. organised a third suite out of sheer desperation which did actually turn up .unfortunately was too small. Now had to ring them three times to find out why they haven't refunded me. Very poor customer service. will never use again. original order placed in early September. still no settlement Oct 21st

I had an awful experience with this company. I ordered an ex-rental wetsuit, it did not fit. I chatted to their online customer care people, they assured me that they were sorry, it had been logged there was a problem and to just get it back to them as soon as I could. I specifically asked "is there a set date?" and the guy said no, because he'd logged there was a problem, no. So I got it back in next week or so, and then they refused a refund. None had appeared so I contacted them. They said the guy who had told me this must have been mis-informed - their member of staff. I said that I felt it was their responsibility since it was their staff member who had misled me. They dodged all of this and just said look at our policies. So, so disappointing. I would have liked to know that they take no responsibility for their customer care advice or employees before ordering a wetsuit and then I would have just gone on their policies as they later pointed out. I've since used WIGGLE and had a really positive experience.

Paid extra 17€ for priority delivery in 1-4 days, 7 days passed and still nothing, from support you don't say anything useful... So I'm expecting a refund on that "priority delivery" tax you charged.... this is the worst service and experience I had with online shopping, just terrible.

Ordered running cloth on 5th May with standard free delivery (4-5days). The web site said the items in stock. Contacted my triathlon 15th May as I'm still waiting for goods. Told that they had just arrived at the warehouse today. I wasted they would be sent 1st Class. After complaining that my triathlon has had my money for 10 days and that the goods should have been with me after 5 days, the items where in stock after all, I suggested that clothes be posted using over night delivery at no extra charge. I have been promised that they will be sent using over night delivery by Will. Let's see what happens!!!!!! Buyer be ware.

This is simply the worst company I have ever purchased something from in my entire life. Firstly, the item I ordered was not shipped for 2 weeks, after emailing several times and not getting any replies I tried calling, only to be told that the item was shipped two day prior to my call but that the system doesn't get updated as shipped until after the courier has actually sent it out of the country (for international shipping) - sounded like BS to me. Anyway, I gave them the benefit of the doubt after being told it would probably be updated as shipped later that day or the following day. After it wasn't I called back again, this time speaking to another person at the company, who told me actually the item was out of stock, but that they had a black one available that they could send, to which I said I did not want black as I ordered a white one! So the agreement was that they would check the stock and call me back to let me know what other white tops they had available for my to select. This never happened, except I did receive a shipping confirmation email saying my order had been shipped. Assuming that they had actually found the item I ordered in stock I waited patiently for it to arrive in the post. When it did arrive it was a GOD DAMN BLACK one!!! So I called them back to complain, no problem sir, we will check the stock again and upgrade your order to a more expensive white item and send it out straight away for you. I am still waiting for this item to be shipped, they have not replied to any of my emails still and have no answered any of my calls. What they talk on the phone if you can get through is complete BS, and they never reply to any emails!!! If you order from this company you do so at your own risk!!!

Nearly 2 weeks on still trying to return a pair of CWX tights!! No one answers telephone, chat online does not work, send messages and no one replies....in desperation I sent message via Facebook, only to receive a very curt and unhelpful response, so still no further on. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy

I want to leave this review to balance the bad ones out there. I took a risk on ordering from mytriathlon.co.uk despite reading mixed reviews as the price was good. Having ordered late on Saturday, my order was dispatched on Monday and received in the Netherlands on Wednesday. This with free delivery and a £5 off coupon found after an online search. I can't fault that.

I placed my order at MyTriathlon shop on February 14 2014. It was Newton MV3 running shoes. There was a message on the website telling that the running shoes would be available since Feb 17. Today is April 20. No running shoes received. I called and emailed the shop several times telling that I need the running shoes for the race and that I don't have other shoes to use during the race. As they said they'd deliver soon, I believed and didn't complain at PayPal during the 45 days when the complain was possible. I ended up ordering Newtons MV3 from a different shop ....

I have recently ordered my first tri suit with them and received the best service I ever had from an online shop. Very efficient polite and helpful staff! The delivery was fast which it was a bonus! I couldn't recommended it enough! Well pleased ;)
