“Never delivered order and did not refund money.”

I can only warn against ordering from this site. It appears from reading other reviews that they target people ordering overseas and do not send the order thinking there is nothing that can be done as the customer is overseas. I ordered a trisuit in February and it never arrived. They never gave me a tracking number, and after a while stopped replying to my emails. They might send your order if in the UK but if you are outside they will simply rip you off. (read more)

Having just decided to come out of retirement an start Tri-ing again thought would hire a wetsuit this season just in case all goes wrong. Can't fault advice an help I got from the my triathlon / wetsuit hire guys. Got advice an ordered a suit an was offered different options first to arrive a bit small so change of suit an new 2xu v3 is mine for season before I even sent the smaller v2 back, but remember u pay to send returns, other than that well happy an looking forward to get swimming (read more)

I don't tend to write reviews, but for these guys I'll make an exception. A couple of days before an early-season training trip, I realised my old wetsuit didn't fit any more. I needed a good wetsuit, and fast - although I'm not an expert in neoprene, so I liked the idea of trying it out first. I ordered a 2XU, then changed my mind and called them up. I'm a 65 year old doing an open water swim for the first time to raise £4000-0 for our local special needs school, I've never done an open water swim before, so, I'm the ultimate novice!, just to add to it I've a knee and hip replacement. Earlier in the week I was surprised to find the MyTriathlon site which I hadn't come across before. It had the tri-suit I wanted (the Zone3 Aquaflo Ladies in size small) at a really good price (which surprised me because no-one else has it in stock at the moment) so I ordered it without even looking at the reviews. It's not only the delivery of mytriahlon, but also the lack of communication when you wait for weeks for the stuff you have ordered, they simply don't give any response to any emails and phone conversations you made.

But they DID reply to me, that was what I was surprised about! When I got the email addressed to Nick I emailed right back and someone responded right away and said it was an error and that my trisuit was in the post. Which it turned out that it was, since I got it the next day ...

I'm not saying my experience is typical, just that they can do good service sometimes because the service I received was fine - cheap, item came within four days and the customer service rep responded to my email within minutes (albeit because of an error first). I can't ask for more really, though I do seem to have gotten lucky!

I've ordered a used 2xu wetsuit payed by creditcard but the goods are never delivered. Send several emails about the delivery but never received any answer / response. I would advise you not to purchase at this shop, although it could be the royal mail that the goods are not delivered but once ordered and payed the shop does not response on any email. Ordered an Aspire wetsuit, good price. They came back and said did not have one in stock and asked if I would upgrade. Upgraded to Vanquish. They claim to have completed the order and deivered on order status. Have not received the wetsuit. Initially they responded immediately, but as soon as they had the money, have not heard back agian after countless queries. Don't buy from them. (read more)
