I bought a Dukes cricket ball from Morrant, as they were the only supplier of this item I could find online. This was a high ticket item (£64.99). I paid £4.99 for delivery, but it took a week to arrive. I was disappointed that it took this long - especially since I subsequently bought a premium cricket ball from elsewhere a fortnight later and it was delivered the next day (same shipping price). I have recently purchased a skyer bat. This broke into a number of pieces on first use. I emailed Morrant requesting that the bat should subsequently be collected and replaced; at a time convenient to me. I received a unhelpful email reply stating that the bat will be collected although I would have to wait for a replacement; absolutely farcical. Dear Sir,
As we have explained, the reason we wanted to get the faulty bat back before issuing a replacement was so we could identify what batch it came from, assess the damage and therefore minimise the chances of the same thing happening to a replacement.
We had some email communication problems which slowed the process down, I apologise for this as we have had a few technical issues here while we change our internet service provider.
The bat is now back with us and my colleague will be in touch to discuss replacement options with you.

Looking all over the Internet for the adidas cricket spikes 2013 so that there is none left before the cricket season. I eventually found them on Morrant who provided a very clean and efficient process with no problems. I will most defiantly be buying my cricket gear here from now on. If there was one negative it would be that if you have an Ipad then the website can become stuck in an way and won't proceed to the web page you want to go. (read more)

Dear Customer,
Sorry to hear your order was delayed. I believe the item you ordered would have been the Dukes Special County cricket ball. This should have been listed online as Due in 3-5 days when you ordered as we were awaiting more stocks from Dukes. We normally have stocks of these on the shelf but we had a small gap where stock was not available as we have seen increased demand in the run up to the Ashes.
