The hockey stick is great and well priced - A seemingly reliable and trustworthy service. Delivery estimate time was well off the mark though which ruined your chance of 5 stars - 3 hours off the mark, ie 3 hours late - might be an idea to review your delivery time estimates.
I note that late delivery on the day is not an option in your drop down menu - so maybe you know about this problem and hope it will go away???

Many thanks for your comments. I'm sorry to hear that your delivery was late. DPD normally hit their delivery windows and we have very few problems with missed/late deliveries. However, obviously, things can sometimes go wrong. It would be greatly appreciated if you could forward me your order number to info@morrant.com so I can look up the delivery details and raise the issue with DPD to help prevent future problems.
