i ordered goods from you at 9.30 on the Tuesday morning 1 item was not in stock but due in in 3-5 days at 4.00p.m. i got a text message to say that the goods minus the 1 not in stock would be delivered the next day. At 1.00 p.m. next day i got a text message to say goods would be delivered between 15.06 and 16.06 they were delivered at 15.20p.m. now that is what i call service and the next day the postie delivered the item that had not been in stock when i placed my order.
i am taking these goods out to my nephew in australia and was concerned they would not arrive in time but i need not have worried.
