“Great Customer Service”

My daughter has had one of the Micro Mini scooters for a couple of years. She uses it so much it was inevitable that we needed to replace the odd part on it. The customer service at Micro has been excellent. We've had replacements (a spring and an axle) with us within a couple days. They're straightforward to fit. These days, with so many toys and the like, made to be thrown away its great to see a company committed to keeping their products on the road.
