We contacted the company last Wednesday (12th Dec) to advise that the rear wheels of our boys scotter had seized up whilst still under warranty, and the company dealt with our problem superbly.
Within two days of contacting them, the replacement parts arrived and they have now been fitted and we have one happy chappy scooting about again.
We cannot praise the company highgly enough for such a superb service and the original problem with the scooter should be taken into context, bearing in mind that our son has hardly been off it since receiving it on his birthday in July and that he has used it every day to go to and from school since he returned in August.
