Just phoned with a query about slanting wheels from use over the years and very knowledgeable lady is sending us free bits to fix the problem, as well as a new brake. With the new colourful base I'm buying my littlest daughter will end up with a completely revamped scooter. In this day and age it is SO refreshing that something really is fixable and recyclable. Excellent customer service and a really great product. Thank you!
