To start with I must point out that I love your scooters. I have only rated poor as I think your postage costs are extortionate. Customers have already paid a lot of money for your scooters, we can seemingly get spares only from yourselves, and then you charge high postage for your items. Smaller companies, with cheaper products seem to be able to charge low or free postage, why can't you?
