“Ribbon tassles for handle bars”

This item is a real swizzle! Pack contained a few strips of regular ribbons (not even an even amount for each handle bar!) some double sided tape and 2 elastic bands!! The very basic instructions say use tape to stick on ribbons.. Not that happy really. Also 1 of the packs was supposed to be neon but is not.
